Refund Policy

Order modification:

You can modify your order within a maximum of 60 minutes after placing your order. Since the products are made to order, please place your order carefully, as cancellations from classic orders cannot be applied to the order.

Return:

The 14-day right of withdrawal required by the European Union and Hungarian legislation (Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.)) does not apply to products manufactured to individual orders or purchased from abroad upon special request. The return of such products is restricted by law, as they are purchased or manufactured specifically at the request of the buyer, so their return is not possible.
